I made a purchase of a relaxer and a complaint on 10/15 and nothing has happened. I have called your company and spoke to an alaina that day, i sent her by email a photo of the product i had purchased the week before, the activator cap was NOT tight and it leaked out and at the top of the bottle it had corroded, i was NOT happy, she said that your company would send me another relaxer and its 10/26 and i have NOT received anything, i have sent her 2 emails and she didn't respond.

This is NOT good business and i don't appreciate being ignored.

I am reporting you to the BBB to let them know YOU as a company cannot or will not give a customer the satisfaction and serving them correctly or even sending ME another relaxer. I sent her my email and gave her my phone number and i haven't heard a peep....NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PEOPLE AND YOU NEED TO GET THIS RIGHT.
